George Clerie
Lead Shepherd (Guiding the flock)
George and his wife Nannette were missionaries for 9 years in Russia, Austria and Mexico. After returning to the States George oversaw the Horizon School of Evangelism, founded the discipleship school Impact195, and served as the executive pastor of ministries at the Rock Church. He has led the Gathering since its founding in 2017.
Scott Wessell
Next Gen Shepherd (Equipping Students)
In 2005, Scott served at the Horizon School of Evangelism, equipping future leaders, and later at the Rock Church, serving as the Director of Rock School of Ministry. In 2017, he and his wife, Dina, were part of The Gathering Launch Team. over the years he has served as an elder, discipleship pastor, and currently as the Next Gen Pastor.

Jared Nepute
Chief Worshipper (Leading in Praise)
Jared received a Bachelor of Music from NYU and then moved to San Diego to attend Impact195 where he later served on the leadership team. In 2017, Jared joined the launch team of The Gathering and has served as the worship leader ever since. He and his beautiful wife, Kelsey, have a daughter, Noa and a son Shepherd.
Jesse Zamora
Mission Control (Supporting Ministry )
At the lowest point in Jesse's life, he was invited to church by a new friend. The first visit Jesse accepted Jesus and hasn't looked back. That friend, is now his Wife and they has 5 beautiful daughters. More recently, Jesse left his full-time job as an engineer to be with his kids full-time. He now serves the church as the Administrator.
