Let that sink in— If you are a believer in Jesus, you are BLESSED! And you are not just a little blessed. You are blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing. And those blessings are cheap little temporary physical blessings. They are the big spiritual, eternal, and heavenly blessings! The ones that are perfect and last forever!
In Christ, your sins are forgiven, you are adopted into God’s family, you are fully accepted in Jesus, and indwelt by the Holy Spirit. You’ve been given an abundance of wisdom and knowledge so that you can navigate life in a way that pleases God. And you have an inheritance waiting for you in heaven.
God chose you to receive all these incredible blessings before He created anything. That means His blessings toward you are based on His mercy and grace, not on your merit or goodness. You never deserved God’s blessings, so you don’t have to worry about trying to keep them. You just have to keep trusting in Jesus because all your blessings are in Him.
